Role Description

• Sell individual and group medical insurance products
• Generateleads through personal networks, referrals, and daily activity
• Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations
• Follow up on quotations and convert leads into policies
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and issued policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and renewals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical insurance sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Comfortable working on a commission-based structure
• Professional attitude and disciplined follow-up
• UAE experience is a plus
