About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for an Officer - Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) located in Egypt. The Officer - HSEQ will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, environmental, and quality standards in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, implementing quality management processes, providing safety training to staff, and investigating incidents to identify corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • Proficiency in HSEQ standards, including Health and Safety regulations, Environmental policies, and Quality Assurance frameworks.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of HESQ.
  • Risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance monitoring skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities to educate and guide teams on HSEQ practices and compliance measures effectively.
  • Analytical and organizational skills for ensuring accurate documentation and reporting related to safety, quality, and environmental processes.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools or software, and a good understanding of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Previous experience in facilities management or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Certifications in HSEQ (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO standards, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
