Responsible for undertaking all coordination work between marketing and all other departments. Working directly under the Marketing Manager to assist in all given tasks.
Responsibilities
MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth processes are followed with regards to new systems/practices put in place for marketing team (Oracle, Daily Huddle, Timely submission of Execution Reports).
- Help with productive functioning of the marketing department by organizing meetings, delegation and HODs when required.
- Applying purchase requisition in Oracle for marketing team and submitting the documents to the Accounts department for processing of payments.
- Assist in the preparation, coordination, collection, and follow-up of reports from the Marketing Managers.
- Tracking both Apparel Group and Competitors advertisements.
Other Responsibilities
- Scheduling Internal Communications - Announcements, Sales and Opening of new stores.
- Follow up reports for entire GCC & store count in monthly basis.
- Maintaining schedule and Mall Permits for the photographer.
- Co-ordinate with Brands and accounts team to ensure LPO is raised
- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders to ensure all marketing agreements are in place and signed off from all stakeholders
- To ensure to share marketing expense report with HOD periodically.
- Liaison with all stakeholders for new vendor registration and timely payment.
- Co-ordinate To ensure all marketing related activities payment is done on time.
Desired Experience
- The ideal Officer - Marketing should have 5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and content creation.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques, and branding strategies.
