Officer - Operation Excellence

Job Purpose:

Officer - Operation Excellence is responsible of the implementation of process improvements, cost reduction strategies, and quality assurance protocols. This position is responsible for achieving the key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring operational performance aligns with the policies and procedures. 

Job Accountabilities:

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality. 
• Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management. 
• Maintain compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards in cargo handling. 
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. 
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and optimize processes. 
• Support change management initiatives for new processes and technologies. 
• Assist in conducting regional visits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and oversee ground handling activities. 
• Work with Regional Commercial Directors on operational matters and assist in new product development. 

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Aviation management or Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the same or similar field.
