We are looking to hire an Officer - Restaurants & Beverages who will be responsible for supporting the effective operation and management of restaurants and beverage concessions. This position isfor our client based in Dubai, who are one of the largest government organisations in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 14 months.
We are looking for an Officer - Restaurants & Beverages who is passionate about the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional culinary experiences whilst maintaining high standards of food quality, service and safety. You must be experienced in understanding culinary operations, customer service and business management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with restaurants and beverage concessionaires.
- Assist in lease negotiations, renewals and rent terms.
- Monitor food quality and presentation in adherence to culinary standards.
- Ensure diverse and high-quality menu offerings by collaborating with concessionaries.
- Ensuring excellent service, cleanliness and food safety to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotions with R&B concessions
- Prepare reports on performance and compliance.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations.
Knowledge, skills & experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or another related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with health and safety regulations and protocols including food safety practices and emergency response procedures.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to food safety, health and sanitation.
- Experience with implementing and monitoring quality control to maintain consistent food quality and service standards.
- Proficiency using data analytic tools to evaluate sales trends, customer practices and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
