We are currently recruiting for an Officer Safety Data for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Purpose

To support Organizations Safety Reporting, Investigations, and Mitigations function by managing and ensuring the accuracy of safety data and documentation . The role maintains safety reports and dashboards, verifies data through field validation, and ensures records meet regulatory requirements to support informed decision-making and risk control. The position also coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure safety information is properly integrated into operational and compliance activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update safety reports, dashboards, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and regulatory compliance.

• Manage controlled release of safety documentation internally and externally to ensure information integrity and confidentiality.

• Monitor data repositories and reporting systems to ensure timely availability of reliable safety information for decision-making.

• Verify and validate safety-related data in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and consistency of investigation inputs.

• Conduct data quality reviews and reconciliation checks to identify discrepancies and prevent reporting errors.

• Implement documentation control practices to ensure standardized data governance and audit defensibility.

• Administer safety reporting systems, quality manuals, and reference libraries to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain configuration control of automated data tools to ensure system reliability and standardized reporting outputs.

• Support system enhancements and digitalization initiatives to improve safety data efficiency and governance.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders and operational units to ensure alignment on safety data integration and reporting requirements.

• Prepare structured safety reports and performance summaries to support management oversight and regulatory submissions.

• Facilitate timely communication of validated safety information to relevant stakeholders to enable informed planning and execution.

Skills, Tools and Systems Experience:

• Safety data systems.

• Experienced in Tableau and Power Bi

• Risk/hazard management tools.

• Specialized instruments for environmental health tests.

• ISO/Quality documentation.

• Root cause analysis tools

Core Activities Experience:

Safety reporting, safety data management, documentation control, investigations support, or quality assurance.

Professional Qualifications/Regulatory/Certification Requirements:

  • H&S certifications such as NEBOSH IGC are advantageous.
  • Training in ISO 9001, documentation control, or quality management systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with UAE Health & Safety regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
