Offline Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Offline Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead marketing and partnership activities for our luxury beauty lounge in Business Bay. The ideal candidate has strong experience in field marketing, partnerships, and brand activations within the beauty, aesthetics, or luxury sector in the UAE.

You should have the following abilities:

1. Hold a valid environmental activity license in the UAE.
2. Be capable of building and managing a promoter team to promote our salon by spreading brochures.
3. Be able to launch and execute trending off-line and luxury campaigns in the UAE.

Key Responsibilitie

Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns across Dubai

Build partnerships with hotels, clinics, malls, and premium communities

Organize brand activations, pop-ups, and outdoor promotions

Manage advertising approvals and municipal permits

Develop creative OOH strategies (billboards, kiosks, mall branding)

Track ROI and prepare marketing performance reports

Requirements

46 years of experience in offline marketing or business development in Dubai

Proven success in beauty, aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality

Strong local network and negotiation skills

Fluent in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus

Knowledge of UAE marketing regulations and permits
