Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Construction personnel's to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex offshore and subsea construction projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing offshore installation activities, marine operations, and multidisciplinary construction teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage offshore construction and installation activities from project planning through execution and completion.
- Oversee offshore and subsea installation operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Manage the installation of subsea structures, jackets, topsides, pipelines, subsea cables, and associated offshore infrastructure.
- Coordinate marine operations, including vessel mobilization, offshore logistics, lifting operations, and installation campaigns.
- Interface with engineering, procurement, marine, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop construction methodologies, work packs, installation procedures, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with international offshore construction standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead offshore construction teams, subcontractors, and marine contractors to achieve project objectives.
- Participate in project reviews, technical meetings, and client discussions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all offshore operations are executed in accordance with company HSE policies and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Marine, Offshore, or a related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore and subsea construction.
- Proven experience managing core offshore installation projects from planning through execution.
- Extensive experience in subsea and offshore structural installation management.
- Strong background in offshore installation activities and marine operations.
- Demonstrated experience in the installation of:
- Subsea structures
- Jackets
- Topsides
- Subsea and power cable laying
- Offshore pipelines
- Strong understanding of offshore construction methodologies, lifting operations, vessel management, and marine logistics.
- Experience working on EPC, EPCI, or offshore construction projects for major oil and gas operators is preferred.
- Previous experience with or approval on ADNOC and/or Saudi Aramco projects is highly desirable.
