Job Description

Mission.

  • Be responsible for technical integrity and compliance with estimated costs and deadlines throughout the various engineering phases of the project and perform directly engineering tasks to guarantee the quality of the product for methods requirements.
  • Particular reference (but not limited to) to shallow water T&I activities (Jacket / Decks / Bridges Installation).

Verifiable Background Experience.

  • Offshore Transportation and Installation Experience
  • Prepare complete engineering Installation package (installation procedures / rigging drawing / check list dossier / trial lift & load out procedures etc.)
  • Follow up all the Interfaces with Installation analysis team (naval eng. / structural eng.) including input & deeply review of analysis / design report.
  • Follow up operation phase (including temporary items material procurement, vessel mobilization, subcontractors contract(s) etc.);
  • Follow up onshore & offshore operation to technical assist (project side) vessel management team during mobilization / testing & installation phase.
  • Follow up and manage team of young eng. (method / ops eng) + draftsman for preparation of Installation documents.

Minimum 5-10 years in Installation engineering shallow water activities such as Jacket / Deck + S-Lay / Cables / subsea Structures installation including operation follow up / offshore & yard experiences).

IT Skills.

Offshore Transportation and Installation Experience

  • Office package (including Microsoft Project)
  • Good knowledge of main offshore T&I codes (DNV/API and related).

Education.

  • Master's degree in Mechanical/Civil (preferable) or other Engineering degree related.
