Job Accountabilities:
- The job holder is accountable for respecting HSE rules and requirements and for ensuring their application within his scope of responsibility.
- The job holder is accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules & requirements.
- The job holder is also accountable: (1) For supervision of SURF offshore Pre-commissioning activities, in accordance with statement of requirements, specifications and contractual requirements; (2) For supervision of SURF offshore Pre-commissioning activities, in line with HSE, cost, planning and QA/QC objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Overall experience: At least 15 years experience in the offshore oil & gas project with minimum 10 years experience in offshore pre-commissioning activities
- Experience within a project team: At least 15 years experience within large multinational taskforce team environment.
- Offshore experience: Experience in conventional offshore facilities at EPCI stage is preferred.
- Strong pre-commissioning engineering background
- Track records of offshore attendance during Subsea Installation/ Pre-commissioning [Pipeline, Cable, Spool, Riser].
- Experience of subsea Installation/Pre-commissioning in shallow water.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Computer literate.
- Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
- Familiar with NOC and / or Total Energies General Specifications, CMS standards, and relevant international codes and standards.
