Job Description:
- Overall management of large-scale catering and camp operations including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance. Client relationship management and service delivery excellence.
- Budgeting, cost control, and financial performance management.
- Menu planning, production control, and operational execution. Inventory, asset, and utility management
- Project mobilization and demobilization planning and execution.
Qualifications:
- With HSC or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 7 years experience in catering or facilities management operations, preferably in large-scale camp or contract catering
- Strong background in budget management, cost control, and operational efficiency
- Proven leadership skills with client-facing experience and knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards
