Doha office is looking to appoint consultants to support its continued expansion in the
government and public sector, a strategic priority for the firm. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful team early in its development. ASSOCIATE: Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will effectively plan and execute analysis as well as identify the core issues in complex analyses in order to be able to craft suitable recommendations. You'll work side by side with clients and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area which they have chosen.
ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead your team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial hypothesis collection to convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive. It's a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
Your Attributes And Experience

This role is focused on designing, developing, and deploying enterprise Generative AI solutions using Databricks Genie, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks. It involves building scalable AI architectures, RAG pipelines, APIs, and intelligent workflows, while optimizing and deploying production-ready AI applications. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, AI orchestration, and enterprise AI deployment.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Develop and optimize enterprise GenAI and LLM solutions using Databricks Genie
- Build scalable frameworks and architectures for LLM applications
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and semantic search solutions
- Develop APIs and AI services to expose LLM capabilities across enterprise applications
- Design and support MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to enable AI agents and intelligent workflows
- Integrate structured and unstructured data into AI solutions
What you need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and enterprise AI application development
- Experience working with Databricks Genie, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.), and Generative AI technologies
- Experience integrating structured and unstructured data into AI workflows
