The On-Ground Operations Specialist ensures a seamless vehicle delivery experience on ground. The role is responsible for verifying vehicle specifications, completing documentation, supporting customers during handover, and escalating operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
Be present at supplier showroom during delivery.
Finalize all required documentation and paperwork.
Meet and assist customer upon arrival.
Verify vehicle model, trim, specs, and condition.
Ensure smooth and professional handover.
Confirm payment clearance, financing approval, and insurance readiness.
Update CRM status.
Handle showroom-level issues and escalate when necessary.
Ensure seamless customer experience during delivery process.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Minimum 2+ years experience in Automotive Operations or Showroom Operations.
