This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for an On-Site Measurement & Client Interview Manager. The role involves conducting site assessments, measuring client premises, and managing the collection of client requirements. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to ensure precision in project execution, maintain regular communication with clients, and deliver a superior service experience. Responsibilities also include overseeing the quality of site operations and providing training and guidance to team members as needed.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in conducting Research to gather critical project information and identify client needs effectively.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, time management, and maintaining organized documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices.
• Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse environments.
• Prior experience in the cleaning or facility management industry is an advantage.
