Role Description:
This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role in Dubai, UAE. The role is sales department and responsible for PRESALE -conducting on-site measurements in Commercial Properties, interviewing clients to understand their specific needs, making simple video recordings and fulfilling pre-made reports.

Requirements:
- NO work experience is required.
- Knowledge of English minimum at the B2 level.
- Knowledge of Russian at the B2 level is a plus.
- Mandatory valid UAE driving license - willingness to travel within the city during almost the whole day.
- Possession of a car is a plus.
- Proficient PC user, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Customer communication skills - the ability to engage with Clients effectively.
- Organizational skills, and proactivity.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits: 4–5 pre-scheduled meetings OR 30 quick non-scheduled visits in one area/building per day.
- Making a presentation of the company & its services.
- Inspecting buildings and premises (office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, wharehouses, clinics, etc.) alongside company executives, facility managers, or decision-makers.
- Performing measurements, clarifying the dimensions of the area.
- Filling out Google Forms while interviewing clients.
- Audio recording of client interviews.
- Photo & video recording of the sites using a phone in accordance with corporate Site Inspection, Audio, Photo & Video Recording Rules.
