Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Role Summary
The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant joining experience. The role involves handling high-volume onboarding activities, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of all pre-joining and onboarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires across multiple business units.
- Coordinate joining formalities, document collection, and employee record creation.
- Verify onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, IT, Administration, and Hiring Managers to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer documentation, and onboarding packs where applicable.
- Schedule induction sessions and coordinate orientation programs.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion of all pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS/ATS and ensure data integrity.
- Respond to new hire queries and provide support throughout the onboarding process.
- Prepare onboarding reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and compliance with data privacy standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or Employee Onboarding.
- Previous experience managing high-volume onboarding activities.
- Strong coordination and administrative skills within an onboarding environment.
- Experience working with HRIS, ATS, or onboarding systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
