The Onboarding and Off boarding Specialist plays a key role in delivering a smooth and engaging employee journey. This includes overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes while designing programs that enrich the overall employee experience.

Onboarding & Offboarding Operations
- Lead and manage the full onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth, timely, and compliant experience for employees.
- Develop and maintain process checklists to guarantee accuracy across HR systems.
- Coordinate issuance of access cards, IDs, and related documentation in partnership with IT and relevant service providers.
- Verify and update employee documentation, including passports, visas, contracts, and IDs, within SAP and DMS systems.
- Conduct exit interviews and surveys, capturing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the entire exit journeyfrom separation request to end-of-service settlementand maintain positive engagement with alumni to strengthen employer brand.
Employee Relations & Service Orientation
- Serve as the primary contact for employee queries related to onboarding, offboarding, and experience initiatives.
- Provide empathetic, timely, and solution-oriented support to ensure employees feel valued.
- Manage interim and confirmatory appraisal processes for designated business units.
Data Management & Insights
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across SAP, DMS, and HRIS platforms.
- Monitor document expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals for visas, permits, medical fitness, and Emirates ID.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout all employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage.
Experience
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with hands-on expertise in managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Proven track record in driving employee experience and people operations initiatives.
- Exposure to multicultural environments and large-scale organizations is preferred.

- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, UAE labor laws, and compliance requirements.
