Key Accountabilities
- Manage and execute onboarding services for assigned entities.
- Create and maintain employee files and documentation in SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF) or relevant systems.
- Enroll new employees in orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
- Provide weekly onboarding status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Draft and send onboarding communications to new employees and respond to queries from new joiners.
- Support the Team Manager in continuously improving onboarding processes through automation and AI initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for new joiners, including workstation setup, access badges, and laptops prior to start date.
- Ensure new joiners are fully supported throughout the complete onboarding lifecycle.
- Monitor and report on monthly KPIs and SLAs.
Education & Experience
- 13 years of experience in Onboarding or Talent Acquisition.
- Fresh graduates with a major in Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a related field.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Strong command of the English language.
- SAP experience preferred.
