Job Summary:
Acts as a key intermediary between external consultants and the organization, managing relationships, coordinating activities, and ensuring effective communication to meet project goals. This role also resolves issues, addresses inquiries, and facilitates the integration of consultants into internal teams.
Job Description:
- Implement the onboarding process
- Assist in following up on previous communications with targeted consultants
- Liaise with internal teams to inform all relevant parties of consultant joining
- Liaise with hospitals for consultant employment applications (PPs)
- Complete IT form to confirm consultants technical setup
- Register the consultant to Insurers after obtaining relevant authorisation
- Conduct a GMC/HCPC/GDC check on all consultants joining to confirm meeting requirements
- Add consultant on the CRM systems for the teams to progress
- Ensure corporate governance is met by obtaining specific paperwork on file
- Maintain all legal documents for consultants
- Ensure security of consultant data and compliance with GDPR
- Liaise with Hospitals and internal teams for consultant queries/issues
- Assist in business development tasks if needed
- Maintain databases and company information
- Chase all applications submitted for consultants (Insurance or PPs)
- Carry out market research as requested
- Maintain confidential information
- Any other duties as reasonably required by management.
Job Requirements:
- University degree in a related discipline
- Minimum 2-year experience in the field of UK Healthcare for previous knowledge of insurance regulations and processes and PPs legal processes.
- Fluency in English Language
- Fast learner and takes initiative
- Can work individually and in a team
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills

- MS 365 experience is a plus
Working Hours: 11:00AM to 7:00PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday ( Saturday & Sunday ).
