Job Summary:
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process of employees in the UAE, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and client requirements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external entities to ensure a smooth employee onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for new hires across UAE entities
- Coordinate with operations teams to collect required documents from employees
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies
- Verify employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Ensure accurate data entry into HR/payroll systems
- Track onboarding status and maintain reports for management
- Handle client coordination for approvals, documentation, and onboarding timelines
- Address employee queries related to onboarding, documentation, and benefits
- Ensure timely activation of payroll, bank accounts, and system access
- Maintain onboarding records and ensure audit readiness
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or onboarding, preferably in UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processing, and onboarding procedures
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in staffing/outsourcing companies
- Knowledge of payroll processes in UAE
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
