Position: Onboarding Specialist / EOR Account Executive
Department: EOR & Staffing Solutions
Location: Terracotta Outsourcing, Abu Dhabi
Salary : AED 5000 - 7000 (Based on the Experience )
Working Days - Monday to Friday
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Staff End to End Onboarding , Employee Life cycle management / HR operations
Immediate Joiners are preferred
Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Onboarding Specialist / EOR Account Executive to oversee end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account management for outsourced employees under Employer of Record (EOR) and staffing solutions. This is a client-facing, operational role that requires strong coordination skills, hands-on EOR experience, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across HR, payroll, compliance, and immigration functions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of proven experience in EOR operations, particularly in managing outsourced or seconded employees, and will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
EOR Onboarding & Mobilization
- Manage the complete onboarding lifecycle for EOR and staffing employees, from offer acceptance through offboarding
- Coordinate the collection, verification, and compliance of employee documentation
- Oversee visa and immigration processes as part of employee mobilization, liaising with internal teams and external authorities as required
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including HR, payroll, legal, and immigration teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Monitor onboarding timelines and proactively identify and resolve delays
Client & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned EOR and staffing clients
- Support clients with EOR-related inquiries, including employment contracts, payroll cycles, benefits, and compliance matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery
- Ensure consistent adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs)
Employee Management & Support
- Act as the main HR contact for outsourced employees under the EOR and staffing model
- Address employee queries related to contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, and company policies
- Support employee offboarding, contract amendments, and extensions
- Escalate complex employee relations issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all EOR employment practices comply with local labor laws and client-specific requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and onboarding documentation
- Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews as needed
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
- Prepare onboarding status reports and account updates for internal teams and clients
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
