We are looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to manage and enhance the employee onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new hires.
Location: Agouza, Giza
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Working Hours: 9AM TO 5PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full onboarding cycle for new employees.
- Prepare and follow up on onboarding documents, contracts, and employee files.
- Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and employee orientation.
- Ensure system access, tools, and documentation are completed on time.
- Act as the main point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period.
- Continuously review and improve onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in onboarding or a similar HR role.
- Previous experience working with the Saudi market is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures and HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
