We're Hiring: Online English Instructors at Speexify

Speexify is an online English teaching and training company based in Egypt, and we are currently building our founding team as we prepare for our launch.

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Online English Instructor who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences and wants to grow with an early-stage education startup.

We already have a number of English courses ready to start with, covering different learning needs and levels. As we are just getting started, the initial teaching schedule may still be relatively light, but instructors will have the opportunity to work across different courses as our learner base grows.

This is a flexible, pay-per-hour role with no required minimum or maximum number of working hours. Teaching hours will depend on course availability, learner demand, and the instructor's own availability, making the role suitable for instructors looking for a flexible teaching opportunity.

As Speexify expands, there is strong potential for additional classes, greater involvement, and a larger role within the company.

Compensation: 125–150 EGP per teaching hour.

What we're looking for:

• Strong command of English

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Confidence teaching and interacting with learners online

• Ability to create an engaging, supportive, and practical learning environment

• Reliability, professionalism, and good time management

• Previous English teaching or training experience is preferred

• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is a plus
