Online Orrders Coordinator (Exp.Shopify)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo for an Online Orders Coordinator with expertise in Shopify. The Online Orders Coordinator will manage and process customer orders, maintain inventory levels on Shopify, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment, and provide support to customers regarding their orders. Additionally, the role involves monitoring sales data to optimize processes and ensure customer satisfaction. The coordinator may also contribute to improving the online store's performance and customer engagement.

• Strong Analytical Skills to monitor, assess, and optimize online sales processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively
• Proficiency in Sales-related activities to maximize revenue and grow the online store's reach
• Experience in Project Management to oversee order processing and ensure timely deliveries
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with Shopify is essential
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in e-commerce or online store management is a plus
