Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Environmental Health Safety (EHS) Specialist. The EHS Specialist will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, developing and delivering safety training, and implementing health and safety practices to maintain compliance with standards. The role will involve monitoring occupational health initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and promoting environmental health and safety practices to create a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and expertise in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety
• Experience in Health & Safety management and Occupational Health initiatives
• Proficiency in conducting Safety Training and implementing safety protocols
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk assessment methodologies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in safety or environmental health fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field
