Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Sales Executive to support and grow our low-current e-commerce marketplace.
The role focuses on online sales execution, payment follow-ups, RFQ conversion, vendor onboarding, and active buyer & supplier acquisition.
The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset, strong follow-up skills, and hands-on experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate leads and grow marketplace activity.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnline Sales & Order Management
- Monitor and manage daily online orders across the platform.
- Follow up on pending, incomplete, or delayed orders to increase order completion rates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve order-related issues efficiently.
Payment Follow-Ups
- Track online order payments and identify overdue or pending payments.
- Perform structured payment follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Coordinate with finance teams to confirm payment closures.
Customer & RFQ Engagement
- Handle incoming RFQs received via info emails and the platform.
- Engage customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Follow up on RFQs to improve inquiry-to-order conversion rates.
Special Price Requests
- Manage online Ask for Special Price requests.
- Coordinate approvals with internal pricing teams and vendors.
- Follow up with customers to close deals and confirm orders.
Communication & Sales Engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communication via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Provide product details, pricing, availability, and order updates.
- Maintain professional, sales-driven, and solution-oriented communication.
Vendor & Supplier Management
- Identify and approach new vendors and suppliers through online research and outreach.
- Manage new vendor subscriptions and onboarding to the marketplace.
- Coordinate vendor documentation, product listings, and activation.
- Support basic commercial negotiations in coordination with management.
Business Development Buyers & Sellers
- Actively hunt new buyers using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound calls, and emails.
- Build targeted lead lists and conduct structured outreach campaigns.
- Promote marketplace value to buyers and vendors.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat orders and platform growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 13 years of experience in e-commerce sales, inside sales, or B2B sales.
- Proven experience using LinkedIn for sales outreach.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business, email communication, and phone sales.

We are seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Technical Support & Pre-Sales Engineer to support sales operations, sourcing activities, and project execution across our marketplace and offline sales channels.
This role bridges the gap between sales, vendors, engineering, and execution teams. The ideal candidate has solid technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and hands-on experience in pre-sales, sourcing, technical documentation, and site support.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Sales Support
- Handle RFQs received from the sales team and support technical solution development.
- Review customer requirements and translate them into technical and commercial inputs.
- Support sales teams with product selection, technical clarifications, and solution proposals.
- Participate in pre-sales meetings when required.
Material Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
- Source materials and products from local and global suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical specifications, datasheets, and compliance documents.
- Support onboarding of new products and suppliers from a technical perspective.
- Stay updated on new product launches (NPLs), new product introductions (NPIs), and OEM updates.
SKU Management & Website Support
- Upload and maintain new SKUs received from vendors on the website.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of:
- Product specifications
- Datasheets
- Certifications
- Technical documentation
- Conduct daily and weekly reviews of website SKUs to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to correct or update product information.
Technical Documentation & Design Support
- Prepare technical submittals in line with project and client requirements.
- Support basic design preparation and technical layouts when needed.
- Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Ensure submitted documents meet client, consultant, and project standards.
Engineering & Project Support
- Provide engineering and technical support during project execution.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Support service execution activities when required.
- Act as a technical reference point during project lifecycle stages.
Site Support & Field Activities
- Conduct site survey visits as required.
- Provide on-site technical support during installation or execution phases.
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution at site level.

Training & Knowledge Development
- Attend OEM and supplier technical trainings.
- Participate in internal pre-sales and product training sessions.

Online & Remote Technical Support
- Provide technical support via online channels (email, calls, and internal systems).
- Support customers and internal teams with technical inquiries remotely.
