Online Tutors British, American & IB Curricula

Classovia Academy is recruiting online tutors across multiple subjects for students following British, American, and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula.

We welcome subject specialists with strong experience in at least ONE of these curricula. Applicants are not expected to teach every subject or all three curricula.

Subjects

Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Economics, Business Studies, and other subjects within the British, American, or IB curricula.

Levels and curricula

• Primary, middle school, and secondary school, according to your specialism.

• British: relevant primary and secondary programmes, IGCSE/GCSE, and AS/A Level. Please specify your examination boards.

• American: relevant grade levels and courses, including AP where applicable.

• IB: PYP, MYP, and DP, including SL/HL where applicable.

Your role

• Deliver engaging online lessons tailored to each student's needs.

• Explain concepts clearly and check understanding through questions and practice.

• Prepare suitable learning materials and assignments.

• Provide concise lesson feedback and progress updates.

• Maintain accurate availability and attend booked lessons punctually.

• Follow professional standards for safeguarding, privacy, and communication with students and parents.

What we are looking for

• A relevant degree or recognised teaching qualification.

• Demonstrable teaching or tutoring experience in your subject and at least one target curriculum.

• Strong English communication skills and the ability to teach your subject in English.

• Familiarity with relevant syllabi and assessment requirements.

• Confidence using screen sharing, digital whiteboards, and online learning tools.

• Reliable internet, a suitable computer, and a quiet teaching environment.

International school experience, online tutoring experience, and relevant teaching certifications are advantages.

Working arrangement

Remote tutoring with scheduling based on agreed availability and student bookings. Lesson rates will be discussed individually according to subject, level, qualifications, and experience. A minimum number of bookings is not guaranteed.
