Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Manager to lead our client-facing teams and oversee the end-to-end delivery of workforce solutions for our largest accounts in the region. The Onsite Manager will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and strategic partnership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of account executives, recruiters, and administrative staff on-site.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client engagements, maintaining strong, professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and staffing process, including talent sourcing, onboarding, and performance tracking.
  • Drive operational efficiency, ensuring delivery targets and service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Monitor team performance, set objectives, provide coaching, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide regular reporting on team performance, key metrics, and client feedback to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within accounts and support the development of tailored workforce solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management, with at least 2 years in a client-facing leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale client accounts and delivering workforce solutions efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements in the region.
