Role Description The Senior Medical Sales Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in El Faiyum. The person in this role will promote Innovec's nutraceutical and cosmeceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and clinics, through regular field visits and scheduled meetings. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering product presentations, organizing educational activities, and ensuring accurate product information is communicated. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, implementing territory action plans, and collaborating with the marketing and medical teams to support product launches and campaigns. The Senior Medical Sales Representative is expected to achieve sales targets, maintain compliant promotional practices, and represent Innovec Pharmaceuticals professionally within the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and experience promoting pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or related healthcare products.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals, handle inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Medicine or Pharmacy, supported by relevant academic background such as a degree in Pharmacy, Vet, Science
• Candidates should possess strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic office and CRM software, a valid driver's license for field work, and prior experience in the Egypt or MEA healthcare market; previous senior or supervisory sales experience is an advantage.
