Job Description

• Provide onsite technical support for clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.

• Act as the first point of contact for end-users, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.

• Install, configure, and maintain SAAL.AI's software and systems at client sites.

• Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams and follow through to resolution.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.

• Support system rollouts, upgrades, and maintenance activities at client locations.

• Maintain accurate logs of support requests, resolutions, and user interactions.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and security protocols.

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance overall client experience.
