Job Description

Job Purpose

To act as Middle-Man between Head Office OPAM CAFM Mobilization/Support/Development colleagues and Operations to coordinate in order increase Asset Management maturity level for projects under scope.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and submit end-user training documentation, including presentations and training videos.
  • Organize and conduct user training sessions for tools such as CAFM and PDA, both in groups and individually.
  • Coordinate with Head Office Development and Project Management teams to address any tool-related issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and assessments to benchmark Asset Management maturity levels across contracts.
  • Gather feedback on tools and methods from Operations, communicating necessary improvements to Head Office.
  • Promote understanding and adoption of ISO55001 Asset Management standards throughout the organization.
  • Provide support to HSEQ and OPAM teams during ISO55001 audits to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant authorities to identify areas for service improvement.
  • Ensure effective utilization of the CAFM system by coordinating with OPAM Head Office and local Operations.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and standard operating procedures for consistent operational execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate reports and statements to meet departmental requirements and standards.

Tools & Methods, HSEEQ:

  • Abide by the Health, Safety, Energy, Environmental and Quality, (HSEEQ) policy, procedures necessary for the good conduct and safety of the workplace. It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable to the compliance of Enova's HSEEQ policy, operating procedures, as well as being compliant to local legislation. The Employee shall seek clarification and guidance in specific cases or whenever one feels necessary.

Customer Relations:

  • Develop a pro-active working relationship with all authorities and assist in establishing areas for service improvement.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills

  • Diploma in facilities management or equivalent
  • 4 years of experience in facilities management, with strong exposure to
  • CAFM system. Experience in training is a plus.
  • Excel knowledge (formulas & Pivot tables), BI tools knowledge is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CAFM system (FSI Concept, Maximo, etc.)
  • Well organized & have a logical sense of prioritization.
  • Flexible to work & deliver under pressure.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Team working skills, communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Arabic speakers are preferred.
