Mandatory extensive hotel experience outside Egypt requested. This job description outlines the qualifications required for a Resort General Manager for a new luxury resort in Egypt, ensuring the attraction of top-tier candidates who can drive excellence in both operations and guest service.

Our client seeks a Resort General Manager for their newly opened beautiful beachfront resort in Egypt with 300 Rooms, Beach Cabanas, Serviced Apartments, Kids Club, Pools, Gym, and Spa.this is a full service hotel not all inclusive brand

You must be an exceptional, results-oriented Resort General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of this new luxury resort in Egypt. As part of a globally recognized international hotel group known for its luxury offerings, the Resort General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the resort. This includes ensuring exceptional guest service, achieving financial goals, fostering team development, and driving operational excellence across all aspects of the resort&aposs services, including rooms, beach cabanas, serviced apartments, kids club, wellness, dining, and recreational amenities.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial international or Middle Eastern experience, with a strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market. While experience in Egypt is advantageous, it is not a requirement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury resort management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations. Experience within international or Middle Eastern markets is preferred, though Egypt experience is not required.

Education: A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Leadership: Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in leading high-performance teams across multiple departments.

Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue generation, with the ability to drive profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.

Guest-Focused: A passion for providing exceptional service and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards. Ability to consistently exceed guest expectations and deliver memorable experiences.

Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with diverse international teams and understanding cultural nuances, particularly in the Middle Eastern or global luxury hospitality context.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required.

Compensation: Annual Salary - US$90,000 net plus full company expat benefits package.
