Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Sales Administration Manager to join our growing team in Hurghada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales administration processes and ensuring smooth operational workflows across departments.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all sales administration activities including contracts, reservations, documentation, and client records.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements and related documents.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Relations teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor sales data, prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Manage the CRM system and maintain accurate client and sales records.
- Supervise and support the sales administration team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage client follow-ups related to unit installment payments and ensure timely payment reminders.
- Identify operational improvements to enhance sales support and internal processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales Administration or Operations in the Real Estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of sales documentation, contracts, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing sales data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies for improvement
- Proficiency in coordinating operations and managing administrative tasks.
