Job Objective
To oversee daily store operations, including repair and maintenance activities, as well as sales support and administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
Key Performance Indicators
- Ensure all items listed in the store opening checklist are arranged and in place prior to store opening.
- Provide full operational support to the Operations Manager to ensure the store opens on time and as per standards.
- Respond promptly to store complaints and operational issues, ensuring stores are maintained in line with brand and operational standards.
Principle Accountabilities
- Collect cash from stores and ensure same-day bank deposits, twice a week, in line with company policies.
- Coordinate the distribution of jewellery boxes, carry bags, and display materials to stores based on requests from the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
- Liaise with mall management to obtain permits and approvals for maintenance-related work.
- Coordinate the collection of jewellery from a central location (sent by SHO) and ensure timely distribution to all stores.
- Liaise with contractors and mall management to ensure fit-out and maintenance works are executed on time and as per standards.
- Collect operational documents from all stores and consolidate them at a central location for courier dispatch.
- Support cross-functional departments including GRD, Legal, Visual Merchandising, and Leasing to ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash related to operations in compliance with internal controls.
- Liaise with external vendors such as cleaning services, CCTV providers, and LED screen vendors to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Assume operational responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Manager, ensuring continuity of store operations.
Requirements
Qualifications & Education
- Secondary education (+2 or equivalent)
- Additional technical qualifications are an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Valid driving license is mandatory

- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
