Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation & Customer Service Specialist located in Qesm El Moqatam. The specialist will oversee daily operational activities, manage customer service interactions, and ensure smooth communication across departments. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, assisting with operational processes, supporting sales efforts, and managing small-scale projects to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess operations and solve problems efficiently
  • Excellent Communication Skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Experience in Sales and building customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in coffee or retail industry is a plus
