Job Description

  • Managing the production team on a daily basis of supervisors and workers and working to achieve the highest productivity at the lowest cost
  • Follow up the tracking process at the station and ensure that it is applied accurately
  • Develop a plan for the number of workers required after calculating it accurately and reviewing it with a station manager for discussion and approval
  • Work to implement the sales plan in the required time at the lowest cost and the required quality
  • Make a daily report on the operation of the quantities of raw and finished product and sorting
  • Follow up labor productivity and efficiency with production supervisors
  • Follow-up operations inside the production hall
  • Follow-up balances with the Department of stores and refrigerators to complete sales requests
  • Follow up on any new installations made at the station
  • Preparing the data requested from him regarding production or sorting hall by the station management
  • Participation in machinery committees after maintenance and inventory committees
  • Ensure the quality of maintenance operations carried out inside the production hall to maintain the product
  • Applications of the requirements of any quality specifications of requirements or records
  • Contribute with the station's team to reach the best performance and productivity
  • Work on the application of occupational health and safety requirements for him and the production team

Any other tasks required of him in the field of production he is fully prepared to do.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Agriculture, Quality Department or equivalent
  • Occupational Safety and Health Technician Training
  • 5 to 7 years experience
