Operation Engineer is needed

We are manufacturing company specialized in oil &Gas Field , we are looking for operation Engineer to join our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure all production activities comply with applicable standards, codes, and client specifications.

Develop, review, and qualify machine shop products, including machining procedures and manufacturing plans.

Conduct in-process inspections and maintain accurate machining documentation, records, and operational logs.

Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and delivery requirements.

Support the QA/QC department during audits, inspections, and client approval processes.

Provide technical support to workshop teams, resolve production issues, and ensure operational efficiency.

Coordinate with engineering and quality teams to optimize processes and improve product reliability.

Review project requirements, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper execution.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow enhancement and equipment performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of global quality and industry standards including:

ISO, ISO 9001, API Q1, API 6A, API 16A, API 5CT, API 7-1.

Experience with machining and welding processes; hands-on familiarity with WPS, PQR, and WPQ is a strong advantage.

Good understanding of workshop practices, manufacturing technologies, and production workflows.

Experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to lead teams, supervise workshop activities, and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative.
