Operation executive

Air Import

• Coordinating with Emirates and Dnata for Arrival/ delivery orders and Booking ADM slots
• Preparing BOE and arranging delivery to the consignee's door for DAP/DDP shipments
• Escalate shipment delays with airlines and follow up on status updates
• Escalate shipment delays with agents/customers
• Updating the local cost on the ERP system

Air Export

• Arranging Booking via Dnata/Emirates portal
• Preparing Air Waybills (AWB), (IDG) Preparation as per the shipper's docs
• Handling customs documentation including Bills of Entry (BOE), exit documents. ADM and Inspection booking.
• Arranging cargo pickup and coordinating with Field Operations until handover and AWB execution.
• Tracking of the shipment till final POD

SEA Import /Export

• Arranging DO issuance on Dubai trade Portal
• Preparing BOE and arranging Transport 

Custom docs 

• Monitor original doc submissions 
• Monitor standing guarantee with customs ensuring timely submission of the exit docs
