We're Hiring: Operations Manager (Beauty Industry)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of multiple beauty salon outlets.

- Lead, coach, and motivate Outlet Managers and salon teams to achieve sales and service targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high treatment and service standards.

- Monitor outlet performance, productivity, and profitability.

- Implement and maintain company SOPs, policies, and operational excellence.

- Train and develop outlet teams to build a high-performing workforce.

- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Work closely with Management on business strategies, promotions, and outlet expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of operations management experience in the beauty, wellness, aesthetic, spa, or retail industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple outlets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Results-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to business needs.
