Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food & Beverage management, particularly in coffee shop or casual dining environments, with a focus on exceptional customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring high standards of food, beverage, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and development as needed.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal cost and product availability.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quality and timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and manage budgets, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a operation or Coffee Shop Manager.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, particularly coffee-focused service.
- Understanding of UAE food safety regulations and labor laws.
- Preferably based in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic Speaker is an advantage.
