Job Role:
The Operational Excellence Specialist supports the unification of identity and operational workflows, monitors the implementation of activities related to the operations sector, and contributes to shaping general policies and developing strategies to achieve and sustain excellence standards in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field follow-ups on all matters related to core operational standards.
- Monitor projects in progress, track results, and report to the direct manager.
- Visit branches according to schedule and prepare comprehensive reports using a specific branch performance evaluation template.
- Ensure the implementation of food safety and hygiene policies across branches.
- Simplify complex processes whenever possible and leverage technology.
- Execute internal operational excellence initiatives to increase sales growth, customer numbers, and employee efficiency in operations.
- Supervise operational processes and periodically follow up across all levels in branches to ensure operational excellence.
- Review all food and non-food departments to identify missed opportunities and areas for development and follow up on the implementation of development strategies.
- Continuously monitor branches and operations staff to ensure adherence to approved standards.
- Present and interpret analytical results using charts and dashboards.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations for corrective actions and areas of improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational excellence or related roles in retail operations.
- Educational background in Food Safety, Quality, or a related field.
