Description

Work to manage all customer orders from the beginning of the order until its shipments are delivered in a proper manner that satisfies the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Collecting rates from shipping lines.

2- Submit bookings (online or manual)

3- Receiving booking confirmation

4- Handle inland transportation starting from loading containers up to receiving invoices & official receipts from transportation companies

5- Submit VGM & final instructions

6- Receiving BLs draft &check it with customer or sales

7- Confirm drafts with shipping lines

8- Receiving invoice from shipping lines after vessels departure

9- Follow up with clients

10- Follow up with trucking tea and customs clearance team

11-Do documentation for every operate

12- make a strategic plan for every shipping

13-make the final report with finance team

14- make every operation are documented

Qualification & Education:

Bachelor degree & academic diploma in logistics field

Experience:

must have at least 3-6 years logistics operation import and export experience.

Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of the principles of the logistics, Excellent verbal communication skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic

The ability to plan.

High computer literacy.
