Operational Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and effective processing of shipments, coordinating with clients and service providers, and handling project management tasks. The role also involves analyzing operational performance, developing strategies to improve efficiency, and collaborating with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention.

• Strong operational management and project management skills
• Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve operational processes
• Effective communication skills for client interactions and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in sales to support client acquisition and retention
• Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
• Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
• Previous experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus
