This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operational Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Operational Specialist will oversee the coordination and execution of daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity. Responsibilities include managing operational processes, assisting with project implementation, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives. The role also involves contributing to client-focused solutions and supporting sales and project management activities as needed.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to ensure effective planning and execution of tasks
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients, and ensuring clear reporting
• Background in Sales to support strategic goals and enhance client engagement
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the marketing, events, or design industries is a distinct advantage
