Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operational Specialist position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Operational Specialist, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate shipping logistics, manage pricing, and ensure the efficient execution of import&export shpts. You will maintain clear communication with internal teams and external agents, monitor performance metrics, and optimize workflows to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Freight forwarding Skills and experience
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in Operations Management and Project Management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems is an advantage
