Operational Specialist

Role Description

The Operations Specialist at Wooden Coffee supports and coordinates daily operations across the company's branches, helping maintain consistent service quality, efficient workflows, and compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels and supporting branch sales performance. The role also involves tracking operational KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve processes, and collaborating with different departments to implement changes that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.

The Operations Specialist supports projects and initiatives such as new product launches, branch improvements, and training efforts, while maintaining clear communication with management and branch teams. Regular responsibilities include preparing operational reports, addressing issues as they arise, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements and company policies.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members, management, and stakeholders.
• Operations management skills to support daily activities, improve processes, and maintain quality.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and effectively execute operational projects and initiatives.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, with flexibility to support peak business hours.
• Proficiency in basic office software and POS systems; familiarity with operational or retail software is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage operations is an advantage.
