Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Trainer - C1 based in Cairo. The Operational Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, ensuring employees acquire the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Responsibilities include designing training materials, conducting workshops, assessing training effectiveness, and providing ongoing support to employees. The trainer will collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and improve operational performance while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Training and Development: Expertise in creating training materials, conducting workshops, and evaluating training effectiveness. (Experience 6m)
• Communication and Facilitation: Strong presentation, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to engage diverse audiences effectively.
• Operational Knowledge: Understanding of business processes and BPO operations to tailor training content accordingly.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using training software, tools, and platforms.
• C1 language proficiency, ability to work on-site in Cairo, and strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Preferred Experience: Background in the BPO sector or experience in similar roles is a plus.
