Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administration Manager to
oversee the daily operations of our Saudi Arabia branch, ensuring smooth
business operations, compliance, HR administration, and effective coordination
with headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Saudi branch.
- Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,
attendance, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Manage government platforms and processes including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem,
Mudad, and related services.
- Handle administrative functions, office management, procurement, facilities,
and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate employee visas, work permits, and residency-related requirements.
- Prepare operational and HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support business growth initiatives and maintain a productive work
environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related
field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR, or Branch
Management.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI,
Muqeem, Mudad).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
