Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Administration Manager to

oversee the daily operations of our Saudi Arabia branch, ensuring smooth

business operations, compliance, HR administration, and effective coordination

with headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Saudi branch.
  • Oversee HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations,

attendance, and performance management.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage government platforms and processes including Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem,

Mudad, and related services.

  • Handle administrative functions, office management, procurement, facilities,

and vendor coordination.

  • Coordinate employee visas, work permits, and residency-related requirements.
  • Prepare operational and HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support business growth initiatives and maintain a productive work

environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related

field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR, or Branch

Management.

  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI,

Muqeem, Mudad).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
