Hiring: Operations Agent (Arabic-speaking) Freight Forwarding

About the Role:
Our client, a freight forwarding company, is seeking an Operations Agent to support day-to-day operational activities. The role requires strong coordination skills to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal drivers, ensuring smooth execution of shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of tasks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal drivers to facilitate shipment processes.
- Handle customs clearance procedures and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Assist with documentation and reporting related to operations.
- Provide updates to the operations team to support workflow efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of operational workflows and customer service.
Key Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus.
- Good understanding of UAE customs procedures and transportation regulations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates currently based in the UAE.
