Role Description

This is afull-time, hybrid role in Dubaifor aJunior Operations & Business Development Executive.

The role focuses on supportingday-to-day operations and business development activities, including

  • Identifying new opportunities and lead generation
  • Supporting and owning end to end client and partner relationships
  • Coordinate follow-ups, documentation, and internal communication
  • Work closely with teams in Dubai and HQ to ensure smooth execution of commercial initiatives

You will work directly with management team to ensure the smooth execution of commercial and operational initiatives, while gaining hands-on exposure to theB2B payments and fintech ecosystem.

This position is well-suited for someone early to mid in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, operations or account support(fintech, payments, or financial services experience is a must)
  • Understanding ofB2B payments, eCommerce, or fintech solutions
  • Experience supportinglead generation, client outreach, or opportunity tracking
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
